24 hrs once receive your product with freight prepaid.
* One year free repair service：
From the buying day we provide 14 months free repair service, in spite of any breakdown occurrence during the period, all of the material cost is free of charge (not include the FLASH
disk、LCD Display、case)，the buye only need to pay for the freight charge; And then we the seller will send back the repaired items to the buyer and pay the delivery cost;
Attention：USB cable、earphone、charger、screen label are not in the range of free repair, for the quality issue of the above-mentioned accessories, please contact our after-sale service department in one month,
and post us the related accessory with freight prepaid, we will arrange to post you the new accessory as soon as possible.
* The working time for repairing：
We promise to repair within 4-5 working days, if we can’t complete in time, our staff will negotiate with you by telephone or mail
* Life-long service for our products：
If the products exceeds the warranty time(14 months), we will only charge the material cost, shipping charge, and handling cost no extra charge need
