A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

3. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send
you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information
for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number,
destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or
by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )
4 Q: Can you arrange the transportation for us?
A: Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or by air.
5 Q: What's the warranty of your products?
A: 3-12 months, depending on the product.

* Warranty: we provid 1 year warranty. The buyer should send back the deffective products ( not damaged by person) without accessories by post and pay for the postage;
we the seller will send back the repaired items to the buyer and pay the delivery cost; Defective one can be replaced within three months
